A well-maintained fork and shock keep their sensitivity, traction and control on technical trails. Without service, seals let dirt in, oil breaks down and internal parts wear faster. Suspension service is one of our workshop's main specialties.
50-hour service: exterior cleaning, new wiper seals and foam rings (fork), lubrication oil change, seal and bushing inspection, settings check.
200-hour service: complete teardown, internal hydraulic oil change, bushing inspection and replacement as needed, air or coil cartridge overhaul, then reassembly with precise settings.
50-hour service: every 50 to 100 hours of riding, or once a season for moderate use. 200-hour service: every 150 to 200 hours, or every year for heavy use. An oil leak, losing air or a sticky suspension are signs it's time to come in.
